We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible using Fedex SmartPost. Please allow
5-8 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) for delivery of in-stock items. Once your package arrives at your local post office, your local mail carrier will deliver the package to you or place the package in your Post Office Box. You will be notified promptly
of any delay. All orders placed on Friday (after 2:00 PM EST) - Sunday, will be processed and shipped on Monday. Please note: Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind all the products we sell. Please
inspect your order upon delivery. If we ship you the wrong item(s) or if items
are missing or damaged please contact customer service immediately via

OR 1.877.SPY.BUYS. Arrangements will be made to return/replace your item(s)
at our cost and ensure that the correct item is shipped to you at no additional
shipping charge.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your
merchandise 30 days from the ship date with a copy of your sales receipt for
a prompt and courteous exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
Include your completed return form with a copy of your sales receipt (gift recipients please include copy of packing slip) and send the package via UPS or insured Parcel Post to: International Spy Museum Returns Processing, 800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20004-1500. The International Spy Museum Store is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
